Gallagher founded J.P. Gallagher Construction, Inc. in 1991 in Stockton
California. We align ourselves with the desire to build a company
that provides a good place to work for our employees while providing
quality workmanship at a reasonable price. We are a fully licensed
general building and floor-covering contractor. We have grown to be
recognized as a leader in the reconstruction industry.
